Matthew finally found the guts to ask Olya out for a date. He had a crush on her ever since they first met in grade school. He was nervous at first when he approached her in the school cafeteria that day. Olya looked extra beautiful today in her casual pink dress. She saw him walk towards her but pretended not to notice him as he sat down at the table. Matthew was stuttering when he said, "H-e-el-lo, O-o-l-ya."
Olya turned around and smiled at Matthew, all the while acting surprised. Her smile gave him confidence and he asked her, "Olya, would you like to go out on a date with me?" Now Olya was really surprised. She never knew that Matthew was actually interested in her. Who would have thought that the star athlete of the school would be interested to date a Geek like her? Without hesitation, she immediately said, "Yes, I would like that."
